FYI , k8s clusters can now be represented in GOCDB:

This is intended to represent a cluster on which the API is exposed for external access, so you can interact with it to e.g. submit jobs.
Any service which interacts with many k8s clusters, e.g. for monitoring purposes, could collect URLs or other info about k8s clusters from GOCDB.
