Recommended Pratices for Container Deployments

As a result of the recent pre-GDB meeting on Kubernetes, I volunteered to work with Chris Hollowell from BNL on writing a “best practices” document for container deployment to ensure cross-compatibility with Red Hat OpenShift/OKD and pure k8s.
